Broker satisfaction survey

In 2022 Insurance Age has repeated its extensive survey of UK brokers in order to assess the quality of insurer service across the commercial market.

The Commercial Broker Satisfaction Survey covers five keys areas of service and accessed more than 9,600 data points (35% more than 2021), making it one of the biggest surveys of the UK broker community.

The areas of service brokers were asked to grade insurers on were:
1. New business: Efficiency in providing quotes
2. Quality of underwriting, communication and access to decision-makers
3. Policy documentation: Usability & clarity
4. Cover: Scope & quality
5. Renewals: Efficiency & fairness

The results are exclusively available to Insurance Age subscribers.
