Market position
Peter Blanc, Aston Lark Group CEO, said: “We’re delighted that Steve and his team have decided to join Aston Lark. They’ve developed a really strong market position in the concrete industry which we will help them to further develop and grow over the coming years, whilst maintaining their fantastically high levels of customer service. I’m looking forward to welcoming the team to the Aston Lark family.”

Founder and managing director of Premier Insurance Consultants, Steve Booth, added: “We are all so excited to be joining such a respected and dynamic organisation as Aston Lark.

“Their passion for providing their customers with outstanding service is a perfect fit for the way in which we work and, with their support and resources, we simply cannot wait to drive the business forwards.”

Aston Lark confirmed that all staff would remain with the business but the Premier Insurance Consultants brand won’t be kept beyond the end of the year and will be fully integrated into into Aston Lark in Q4.

Most recently Aston Lark expanded its presence in the Irish market with its buy of McMahon Galvin and Brady Burns & Associates in Country Kildare. Its most recent deal in England was its buy of motor specialist DNA Insurance which it added to the group in April.
